A beautiful home with fresh paint and all your favorite things inside. This is the house where your soul lives.Things sometimes happen in life, sometimes suddenly & others over time, that leave us feeling creaky, dusty, or cluttered.
If your soul home needs some restoration, a spring-cleaning, or just a fresh coat of paint, please join us during Soul Restoration. We’ll be using yoga & art to look in all our rooms, clean them up, and then come home to our beautiful soul home! Each week we will explore and restore our bodies & minds with guided gentle yoga & intuitive art exercises.
When: April 14th, 21st, 28th 4:00-7:00 PM
Where: Greenway Healing Arts Center
How Much: $45.00 per session or $100.00 for all 3!
Materials will be provided, but bring your own if you’d like!
